An intrapreneuer and change agent with significant experience establishing successful start-ups within large corporate organisations, including roles at Cox Automative Data Solutions, LexisNexis and Optimal Decision Group (ODG), Allison is a highly energetic executive with proven ability to drive strategic growth through data and insight. She is passionate about using information to transform the way the world works. She is also a Qualified Mountain Leader so, when not leading a board meeting, Allison can be found trekking through the snow of mountains across the globe.

Nick Novak, co-founder

With nearly 20 years of driving growth for organisations across the UK, US and Africa, including companies such as Schoolnet, Pearson and Arbor Education, Nick has unique expertise in building and leading teams across public, private, for-profit and charity sectors. He is an experienced operator, with a deep understanding of how to scale teams successfully, and is passionate about building customer-centric organisations that deliver positive social impact. Despite living in Britain since 2012, he’s still no closer to losing his American accent or his love for baseball.
